Target Group announces new CFO

Target Group, the operational transformation, business processing and software provider has today announced that Katherine Bowen has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

Bowen, who joined the firm almost 5 years ago, has risen through the ranks during her time at Target Group.  She joined as a Finance Business Partner and has since progressed to the top financial role, which will see her lead the Finance, Pricing, and Internal Audit teams.

Starting immediately, she will be responsible for the financial management of the company, and leading the teams responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the Finance, Pricing and Internal Audit areas. Transforming the experience for our colleagues, customers, and clients. The new role sits on the Executive Committee and is designed to streamline decision making within the business as the firm looks to stay on track for its ambitious growth target.
