New partnership aims to give best in class invoice automation

Two finance solution specialists have announced they are teaming up to help the accounting industry improve their financial spending and customer experience.

The partnership between purchase-to-pay (P2P) software house, Compleat Software, and Sage business partner Acuity Solutions will provide Acuity’s Sage customers with access to best-in-class supplier invoice automation, online buying, & digital procurement.

Sage customers will be able to automate important yet admin-heavy tasks that are still being carried out manually, such as invoice scanning, payment processing, and procurement reporting, while reducing the risk of human error, fraud, and financial losses.

The new partnership also means Acuity customers can enjoy a seamless integration with Sage Intacct, Sage X3, & Sage 200, invoice capture to replace AP invoice manual entry, AP workflow approval process, optional purchase requisitions workflow approval included, and fully integrated punch-out capabilities for Amazon Business.

The addition of Compleat’s Advanced Spend Analytics and Supplier Category Management will increase reporting to every general ledger to enhance spend visibility.  so organisations can spend more time proactively driving cost savings and business improvements.

The continuation of remote working has highlighted the vulnerability and ineffeciency of manual processes, and the use of automated technology is seen as a critical way for accounts payable teams to navigate their way through any further challenging periods in the future.
