John Kane to head up CICM commercial development Programme

John Kane MCICM, Head of Strategic Partnerships at The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), will head up the new development partnership programme, allowing in-house credit control teams to integrate a chartered training programme into their work schemes.

The new scheme has been developed to provide partners with a tailored training programme created specifically for their business, ensuring that team members of all skill levels and level of access are able to learn at their own pace.

The new programme is the culmination of multiple trials with corporate partners to ensure team members are getting the most from the programme. It will allow businesses to gain access to key industry information, best practice, networking and training opportunities.

As well as learning and the opportunity to further their career whilst working, students will be given access to exclusive CICM membership benefits as support materials whilst studying.

In his current role, John works closely with the CICM’s existing partner organisations to understand their needs, as well as developing new partnerships based on a thorough understanding of a businesses’ operations and aspirations.

John will be working closely with those existing partners and new ones joining the institute, to design and create development partnerships to support their team members at a time when employers are looking for more support from employers to further their careers.
