Inaugural CSA awards recognise individual and team achievement

The inaugural Credit Services Association (CSA) Awards will take place after the UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) in Newcastle on the 9 September, with snooker legend, Steve Davis OBE, providing the entertainment.

The awards recognise the attainment of the highest standards in the industry over the past 18 months. They comprise: the CSA Merit Award category for outstanding individual contribution; CSA Team Award for the department that has offered the highest levels of service and support; and the CSA Innovation Award for creativity, adaptability and inventiveness since the start of 2020.

Chris Leslie, CEO of the CSA, says the awards have been introduced to recognise the vital efforts of staff since March 2020: “We hope that a CSA Award can reflect staff and company success, help highlight the value of efforts made especially in these challenging times, and be used to reward the professionalism of your team and organisation.

“As we emerge steadily from the pandemic, it is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate some truly outstanding achievements, which will be judged as ‘best-in-class’ by their own Trade Association.”

The awards are part of the UKCCC Gala Dinner, which brings the UKCCC to a close and offers excellent networking opportunities, a three-course meal and entertainment.
