Flexys Solutions to replace Tallyman at First Response Finance
Flexys Solutions is pleased to announce First Response Finance as its fourth motor finance client. First Response, part of the Itochu group, will be migrating from their existing Tallyman platform to the Flexys Control+ debt management system as part of an ambitious digital transformation programme.

Control+ will provide First Response with end-to-end collections functionality. The platform features include a full digital self-service facility and a configurable workflow engine that empowers teams to move away from more traditional, linear collections processes, focusing instead on the customer journey and building strategies that adapt to customer interactions. In addition, an immutable audit trail provides data integrity which can be used to evidence activity and provide operational insights via real-time reporting.
