Conversant Technology expands in the US

After a period of intensive growth, UK-based Unified Communications provider Conversant Technology is adding to its existing US presence with a new office in Canada.

CEO Patrick Copping said: “We feel there are excellent opportunities for the fully integrated voice-led services we offer. Even though many organisations use Microsoft Teams for more than calling, very few offer the comprehensive yet bespoke options which we do. This enables our customers to run all their communications needs from one platform – be it contact centre, compliance recording, social media messaging, call analytics or direct routing.
