United Trust Bank’s Nathan Mollett wins Asset Finance Connect Lifetime Achievement Award

Nathan Mollett, United Trust Bank (UTB) Head of Asset Finance, has won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Asset Finance Connect Awards 2021.

The award recognised Nathan’s work with The Leasing Foundation, the organisation committed to making the business finance industry a destination of choice for the next generation of talented, career-minded young people across the UK.

The judges particularly highlighted Nathan’s contribution to the 30 under 30 initiative, the launch of the ‘Industry Insights’ programme, a cross-industry initiative focused on retaining and developing young talent in the Asset Finance and Leasing sector, and the NextGen Network where he helped to deliver high-quality networking events featuring inspirational guest speakers giving attendees the opportunity to meet senior leaders in a relaxed and informal setting.

The Foundation encourages young people to expand their networks and get to know their peers in an open and inclusive environment, giving them a significant advantage when it comes to seeking advice and guidance.

Nathan Mollett – Head of Asset Finance – commented: “I’m delighted but humbled to receive this award. There are so many exceptional people doing great things in Asset Finance and I’m privileged to be able to shape the future of the industry through my work with The Leasing Foundation. I am passionate about encouraging young people to join and then develop their careers in what is an exciting and important industry helping to power the UK economy.”
