As the final countdown to the PPI deadline looms tomorrow, Steven Kitchen, Managing Director, Huntswood said: “With the final few hours in which customers are able to make a PPI claim, providers will have been preparing for a last minute surge in complaints. A speedy resolution will bolster both customer advocacy and loyalty and, having had plenty of time to prepare for this deadline, firms should be well paced to demonstrate that they can handle surges in customer contact and that they have their customers best interests prioritised.”
