Just is pleased to announce that Natalie Tate has chosen to join its executive team as Director of Operations.
Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in key roles at Egg Bank, Citi Bank and TDX Group where she was Head of Supplier Delivery, Quality and Performance for the debt management function. Natalie is a thought leader on consumer fairness in the recovery of debt, and a regular keynote speaker at round tables and conferences. In Q4 2019, she spoke at a number of events including a vulnerability roundtable to an audience of key government debt leaders on the power of data-led conduct oversight. Natalie was also a finalist in the 2020 Credit Strategy Women in Credit Awards for the category “Transformation of the Year – Non-creditor”.
On her appointment, Natalie said, “When I got to know the team at Just, I realised that they are a team on a mission to change the way an industry works; having a heavy focus on identifying and treating vulnerable customers appropriately whilst being effective and efficient in enforcement is one of the most difficult balances to get. Having worked at TDX for over 5 years, I appreciated that achieving the best customer outcomes requires the right business structure, staff training, attention to detail and intelligent use of data and I look forward to playing my part.”
