ndgit, Europe’s leading Open Banking platform provider, is supplying Inventx AG with an open API integration layer to support its newly launched Open Finance Platform, ix.OpenFinancePlatform. The collaborative solution provides the foundation for an emerging API-based network, enabling Swiss financial and insurance service providers to connect quickly and easily to fintechs and other third parties, both as service consumers and as service producers.
The ix.OpenFinancePlatform relies on ndgit technology and standardised interfaces (open APIs) to provide the connectivity framework between financial institutions, software partners and fintechs and their services. Enabling them to innovate and rapidly deploy differentiated customer benefits, it also uses DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker to deliver a high level of automation, lean architectures and maximum scalability.
Roger Wisler, Business Manager for Switzerland at ndgit, says: “The partnership with Inventx gives us clear strategic advantages, allowing us to expand our range of fintechs solutions for Swiss clients and further boost local market growth. Intventx’s innovative Open Finance Platform is the next logical step for the evolution, adoption and promotion of Open Banking in Switzerland. Together, our optimised interfaces will help to facilitate smooth and seamless integration of fintechs and financial service providers.”
Pascal Wild, Head of Consulting & Software Solutions at Inventx, comments: “ndgit is the ideal solution to address the issue of standardisation and open interfaces. In terms of systems integration, our companies complement each other perfectly. ndgit contributes standardised APIs for connecting all front-end applications and Inventx develops the necessary connectors to the backend systems. With a strong growing team of software engineers, Inventx enables clients to deliver “Open Banking” with-out having to worry about the technical challenges of system communication and orchestration. We are pleased to have found in ndgit the right technology partner to build a diverse service ecosystem for the Swiss financial industry.”
In the past year, ndgit’s European Open Banking Platform was launched by more than 20 banks including digital banks in Switzerland, making it the leading provider. Its Open Banking projects are supported by global management consultancy Syn-pulse, which brings a wealth of experience implementing open APIs and ecosystems in Switzerland in order to digitise processes.
