Precise Mortgages have slashed the product fee on their exclusive and semi exclusive mortgage products.  The fee has been cut from 3% to 1.5% which makes them amongst the most attractive in the BTL market.  

In addition, a suite of brand new BTL products have been added to the range with product fees starting as low as 1%.  There are also products with flat fees ranging from £1299, which may be appealing to those borrowers who need larger loans.

Alan Cleary, MD of Precise Mortgages says “I have been speaking to lots of brokers over the last few weeks and listening to their feedback, many wanted more options on product fees so that is what we are giving them.”
