Phillips & Cohen Associates, (Australia) Pty Ltd, the Australian arm of the globe’s leading deceased account management specialist, celebrates its fifth anniversary this month.
The business, led by Managing Director, Don Coulthard, has enjoyed vibrant growth in the Australian market. Clients have been quick to benefit from the positive consumer impact of Phillips & Cohen Associates’ compassionate engagement style and the resulting operational improvements. Commenting on the upcoming anniversary, Mr. Coulthard explained, “We are delighted with the rapid and sustained expansion of our Australian business since incorporation in 2013.
