HCE Group forging links with The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 23 January 2018
High Court Enforcement Group (HCE Group) is delighted to announce that it is now approved by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) to deliver the Level 2 Taking Control of Goods and the Vulnerability and Mental Health Awareness Workshop as CILEx Endorsed Programmes with effect from December 2017.

The Level 2 Taking Control of Goods fully meets CPR 84.18 and the Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014.

The CILEx endorsement recognises:
High Court Enforcement’s commitment to high quality professional training and development
The approved endorsed programmes meet the quality standards of a recognised and respected legal professional body
Training is delivered by qualified individuals with high standards of probity and ethical behaviour
Appropriate systems, policies and processes in place to deliver the approved CILEx endorsed programmes

Appropriate training is essential for enforcement agents also, when enforcing writs of control, so that they are sensitive to potential vulnerabilities and fully aware of the degree of protection that exists.

High Court Enforcement Group’s Vulnerability & Mental Health Awareness Workshop has been endorsed by Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). CILEx is the professional association which represents more than 20,000 trainee and practicing Chartered Legal Executives.

They work closely with Government and the Ministry of Justice and are recognised in England and Wales as one of the three core approved regulators of the legal profession alongside barristers and solicitors. CILEx is also a National Awarding Body and its endorsement and various (RFQ) regulated qualifications are widely recognised, valued and respected.

The CILEx endorsement recognises commitment to high quality professional training and development and confirmation that the endorsed programmes meet the quality standards of a recognised and respected legal professional body. It confirms, for example, that HCE Group has robust administrative systems, quality assurance processes and evaluation strategies in place to deliver the endorsed programmes. It further confirms that those delivering the endorsed programmes have the skills and knowledge to deliver it in line with good practice, professional standards and current research.

The endorsement forms part of HCE Group’s quality assurance strategy, signifying that we take the quality of our learning seriously and that improvement and development is central to our practice. The rigorous self-assessment and external endorsement inform organisational and learning development.

Continuing professional development (CPD) is at the heart of the endorsements. High Court Enforcement Group want to ensure that learners and participants are getting the very best learning opportunities so that they can increase their knowledge and enhance their sector practice.
