IGF, the leading commercial finance provider for SMEs, has delivered an invoice finance facility to London-headquartered data management experts DQM GRC.
DQM GRC sought a flexible finance partner to alleviate cashflow during a management buy in, triggered by the retirement of one shareholder. Following an assessment of the business, IGF was able to create the necessary funding line for DQM GRC to complete the share buy-back and give the business some headroom to accommodate this change. Founded in 1996, DQM GRC is a market leader for protecting, enabling and improving the use of data across a wide range of business sectors. market leading GDPR compliance and technical solutions alongside commercial and contractual data compliance advisory and audit services. The firm operates from its offices in London and High Wycombe.
