DQM GRC sought a flexible finance partner to alleviate cashflow during a management buy in, triggered by the retirement of one shareholder. Following an assessment of the business, IGF was able to create the necessary funding line for DQM GRC to complete the share buy-back and give the business some headroom to accommodate this change.
