Paradigm announce The Loan Partnership as a preferred specialist lending partner PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 06 December 2017
Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage services proposition, has today announced it has added master broker, The Loan Partnership, to its panel as a new preferred specialist lending partner.

The Loan Partnership specialises in sourcing and arranging second-charge mortgages, plus commercial and bridging finance, and Paradigm members will now be able to work with, and introduce to, its advisers who will be able to source and provide recommendations across these product sectors.

Products available to Paradigm member firms and their clients via The Loan Partnership include:

· Second-charge mortgages from £5k to £2.5m; high LTV products up to 95% LTV; access for employed and self-employed applicants; adverse credit plans; plus interest-only options.
· Bridging loans with terms from one to 36 months; loans available from £10k to £10m; rates from 0.49% per month; plans with no repayments required during the term; and up to 75% LTV for certain cases, 70% LTV available with many lenders.

The Loan Partnership has a wide range of lender relationships producing many options for clients across set product ranges, but it is also able to offer finance arrangements based on individual needs and circumstances which fit outside published terms.

Paradigm believes The Loan Partnership offers an exceptional service to advisers and their clients, and will be a strong introducer route for those member firms that are looking for specialist expertise and a commitment to quality compliance in these product areas.

John Coffield, Head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, commented: “Due to member demand, we have been looking at our specialist lending panel and after reviewing a number of market options, we are very pleased to be able to announce this new relationship with The Loan Partnership. We wanted to work with a business that has a similar commitment to service and compliance that we, and our members have and it was soon apparent that the team at The Loan Partnership had this in spades and would be a natural fit for us. Advisers who work with specialist master brokers want to have confidence in the offering, want to know their clients are in safe hands, and effectively want them to provide a seamless extension to the business. This is certainly the case with The Loan Partnership, and we are looking forward to working with the team and helping our member firms explore the options that are available in these growing product sectors.”

John Webb, Director at The Loan Partnership, said: “We are extremely excited about the opportunity to team up with Paradigm, and we firmly believe The Loan Partnership will be a real asset to its members. Our expert knowledge of the market, the products available and our close relationships with lenders has created an environment that is producing outstanding conversion levels for our introducer partners, which delivers successful outcomes for our clients, lenders and business partners alike. We look forward to sharing this knowledge and success with Paradigm members and helping to meet the finance needs of their customers.”
