Hometrack appoints new Head of Business Development PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 18 October 2017
Hometrack, the data services division of ZPG plc, has today announced the appointment of Dimitri Kaltsas as Head of Business Development for Hometrack’s Financial Services and Capital Markets business.

Dimitri has extensive experience in technical sales and credit analytics, most recently as Director of Structured Finance and Valuations at Moody’s Analytics. Prior to this, he spent more than eight years as a structured credit analyst with Moody’s Investors Service operating in both the US and EMEA markets.

Dimitri joins Hometrack’s expanding Financial Services and Capital Markets business, led by Piero Bassu. Together with Andrew Vaughan, Head of Mortgage Origination Solutions, the trio will be responsible for business development of Hometrack’s core products with new and existing customers across the mortgage lending sector. Dimitri’s appointment enables Hometrack to further expand their solutions into the capital markets sector.

Before joining Moody’s Investor Services in 2006, Dimitri spent a number of years as a Strategy Consultant for IBM and, before that, as an economic researcher for the World Bank and the Development Research Group.

Charlie Bryant, Chief Executive Officer at Hometrack, says: “Dimitri’s experience of deep credit analytics and valuation products will add further expertise to the Hometrack team. Over the course of his career he has developed a proven track record in technical sales and we are delighted to have someone of his calibre on board. He will work closely with Piero and Andrew and compliment the experience they have to ensure we are fully equipped to further enhance our reputation as the UK’s leading AVM provider. These appointments demonstrate our commitment to recruiting the best industry expertise to serve our clients’ needs.”

Dimitri Kaltsas, Head of Business Development at Hometrack, adds: “Joining Hometrack represents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive, market-leading provider on an exciting growth trajectory. To be able to help shape the future strategy of the business and drive the use of AVMs in new markets is an exciting prospect. The company’s entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to innovation and vision of the leadership were all motivating factors in my decision to join the Hometrack team.”
