Thursday, 21 September 2017
To further enhance its growing involvement in the creditor services arena, Kingston Smith’s corporate recovery and insolvency arm, Kingston Smith & Partners, has recruited Dale Hernon as Head of Client Services. Dale joins the firm from Begbies Traynor where he led the group to second in personal insolvency appointment rankings, based on statistics recorded by The  Insolvency Service. He brings with him his colleague Daniel Bodgi.

Kingston Smith & Partners is adept at investigating the conduct of bankrupts and failed companies which often lead to the recovery of funds for creditors.

Head of Insolvency, Ian Robert says, “We’re excited to welcome Dale and his right hand man, Daniel and look forward to expanding our service to creditors and clients alike.”

Dale Hernon commented, “The insolvency sector is a key area where tangible support and added value can be provided. Even with the most diligent of credit checks and monitoring, bad debts are inevitable. We’re here to give creditors the chance to get their voice heard when such situations arise”.
