Motormile Finance UK Limited achieves award for ‘outstanding’ Customer Service PDF Print E-mail

Motormile Finance UK Limited (MMF), a market leader in niche Debt Purchase and recoveries, have been awarded a Silver rating for ‘outstanding’ customer service – from Investors in Customers (IIC). 

IIC, a customer experience consultancy, surveys customers, staff and senior management to assess how well a business understands its customer needs and how well it delivers services that meet those needs.

Denise Crossley CEO at MMF said: “We understand that providing outstanding ‘Customer Experience’ is essential to ensuring that our business can continue to be a market leader in our sector and we are thrilled that this has been recognised by both our customers and staff. This accreditation is testament to the hard work and commitment of all the staff at MMF, in ensuring that the customer is put at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to reviewing the overall feedback and building on this Silver accreditation towards aiming for Gold status.”

Commenting on MMF’s Silver Accreditation Danny Pickering on behalf of Investors in Customers said: “Achieving the Investor in Customers Silver Award is a fantastic result especially as this was the first time Motormile Finance UK Ltd have undertaken the assessment.

It is reward for the tremendous effort and commitment shown by Directors, Management and Staff and the importance that the company place on developing and growing the business by enhancing their relationships with customers.

I have no doubt that they will use the valuable insights gained to implement changes that reflect the importance the business places upon customer feedback.”
