Bibby Financial Services takes 33rd place at Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For Awards PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 27 February 2017
Small and medium sized business funder, Bibby Financial Services (BFS), has been awarded a place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies for the sixth time, taking 33rd place in the 2017 awards.

BFS is the UK’s largest independent invoice finance provider, supporting more than 7,000 businesses throughout the country via its 19 regional offices. In the past year, the funder provided upwards of £3.1bn to UK SMEs, helping them to grow.

The business has maintained its three-star Best Companies accreditation – the highest standard of workplace engagement - representing companies that truly excel.

David Postings, Global Chief Executive for Bibby Financial Services, said: “We’re a relationship-based business and we place significant importance on being a great place to work. Being in the Sunday Times Best Companies list helps us to build our brand, recruit talented people and grow our client-base, so I’m thrilled that we have been able to retain our place in the top 100.”

The Sunday Times list is compiled by Best Companies and businesses are ranked on areas such as employee well-being, charitable giving, leadership and personal development.

The award ceremony was held at London’s Battersea Evolution on 23 February.

David Postings continued: “Our success revolves around the relationships we have with our clients and the local business communities we work with.

“Attracting and retaining leading talent is key to providing excellent service to both our customers and partners, alike. To make sure we have dedicated and engaged people, we have heavily invested in employee wellbeing, training and development, and workplace benefits in recent years.

“I’m delighted that we have been awarded a place in this prestigious list for the sixth time. This achievement is testament to the hard work and commitment of our teams not only in the UK, but right across the world.”
