|Elliott Davies Appoints Andrew Charlton to Develop New Business|

Elliott Davies has appointed Andrew Charlton to drive business development in the North East, Cumbria and Scotland.
Andrew joins Elliott Davies with extensive senior level legal collection, enforcement, business processing and client care experience. His previous roles include being Head of Collection Services at top 100 law firm Ward Hadaway, European MD of a legal software supplier and running his own debt recovery agency, which worked in an innovative partnership with Wilkin Chapman. Andrew also owns leading UK event company Hashtag Business Events Limited.
In his new position, Andrew will be assisting with the growth and development of Elliott Davies for High Court Enforcement, Commercial Property (CRAR), Process Serving and Tracing Services. Reflecting the importance of this new role, Andrew will report directly to Wayne Whitford, Director.
Andrew says, “Having personally known Malcolm Davies since late 80’s I am thrilled to be taking on the portfolio of business development for the North East and Scotland. I am looking forward to presenting Elliott Davies High Court Enforcement portfolio of services and securing new clients. I sincerely believe they will benefit from Elliott Davies brilliant service”.
