Marston Holdings is delighted to announce that Chris Badger is to join Burlington Group, the boutique London Enforcement Group, as Director of High Court Services.

Chris, one of the youngest people to be appointed an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer in 2007 at the age of 29, has worked in the industry for over 14 years. In 2013, Chris was appointed to the Board of the High Court Enforcement Officers’ Association and was subsequently appointed to the position of Complaints Officer.

Chris has a vast amount of technical experience in dealing with and making enforcement related applications to both the Queen’s Bench and Chancery Divisions; applications that involve third party claims to goods; applications that goods are exempt from seizure; private treaty applications and applications relating to the assessment of costs or for permission to charge exceptional costs.

In addition, Chris specialises in dealing with high value and niche enforcement work involving the repossession of fine art, antique and historic property as well as the aviation and luxury car market.

Commenting on his appointment, Gary Jones, Enforcement Director (Civil), Marston Holdings said: “We are delighted to welcome Chris, who will be an exciting addition to our expert team in London. Burlington Group has established itself in the market as the leading enforcement business specialising in bespoke and complex cases.”

Jonathan Chatfield, Director, Burlington Group, said: “Chris will bring further expertise and depth to an area which sees creditors engaging effectively through the tailored enforcement of judgments through the High Court, which will continue to make us the leading team in high value enforcement.”
