Next day processing for DVLA enquires PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 18 January 2017
At Parkex 2017, leading EDI (electronic data interchange) solutions provider Data Interchange will showcase its DVLA Vehicle Keeper Service. This uses EDI to make secure, encrypted enquiries to the DVLA and rapidly identify the registered keeper of a vehicle on a given date – for example to issue a parking fine.

With a connection to the DVLA system, the service provides direct access to vehicle keeper and basic vehicle details with a next working day turnaround – traditional paper- based enquiries take up to 14 days to be processed. By submitting enquiries electronically, Data Interchange’s service enables organisations to streamline the process – avoiding large amounts of paperwork and lengthy delays. It can also be integrated directly into case management IT systems, to reduce errors.
