|Senior Management Changes and Relocation to New Offices Accommodates Accelerating Growth|
|Thursday, 12 January 2017|
Court Enforcement Services continuing rate of expansion has meant that organisational changes have been brought forward and coincides with a move to a larger Head Office.
Daren Simcox now takes on the mantle of sole Managing Director to focus on the company operations and commercial direction. Frank Millerick moves from Joint Managing Director to become Group Chairman and provide leadership to the Board of Directors, alongside business strategy and compliance.
Daren and Frank are two of the founders of the company when Court Enforcement Services was launched in June 2014. The company has since recovered more than £30,000,000.00 for their clients.
This organisational change coincides with the relocation in mid-January to newly refurbished offices in Essex - three times the size of their current premises. It will not only provide the space but additional resources to deliver an excellent service to clients.
Daren Simcox, Managing Director commented: “I am proud to become the Managing Director of the company. Today we are announcing that Court Enforcement Services is reshaping and strengthening our organisational and management structure. Our performance and growth is beyond our own expectations. These planned changes safeguard our core strengths - individual client attention and collection performance, whilst the company continues to expand. It is our intention that both clients and employees capitalise on the growth we have achieved”.
Frank Millerick adds: “These changes to the Board increases long-term visibility, strengthens our operational control and facilitates service excellence across the entire Company. There will be even greater focus on innovation such as our investment in technology. This includes the development of the next generation of our award-winning App”.
Above all, the company believes that it will have the resources to drive through ongoing service delivery enhancements and excellent client services. This will maintain Court Enforcement Services’ competitive advantage in the High Court Enforcement and Commercial Property sectors.
