|Ideal Schools to launch ‘game-changing’ FRS105 course at ICBUK summit|
|Monday, 03 October 2016|
The ICBUK Summit is just around the corner, on October 2nd and 3rd, and long-established online college, Ideal Schools, is showcasing its new course for the FRS105.
Tutors from Ideal Schools will be at Stand 22 at the Summit, held at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II centre in Westminster, where they will be unveiling a custom designed curriculum available at a discount for the duration of the summit.
The development of the FRS105 will allow certified bookkeepers to complete accounts for Micro-Entity companies without the need for accountants, and Ideal Schools has positioned itself to be at the forefront of teaching this new qualification from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).
For any ICB bookkeeper looking to provide the most comprehensive service their clients could ask for this is, as the ICB has it, ‘the game-changer’.
The FRS105 qualification will allow a bookkeeper to understand the financial returns required for an incorporated entity, and the legal and conceptual framework that governs Financial Statements and the role of Accounting Standards. Bookkeepers who complete the course will be able to interpret and analyse limited company financial statements using performance indicators and ratio analysis, and add value to their clients.
Brian McVean, director of Ideal Schools, which provides distance tuition for bookkeeping and accountancy exams, said: “Our tutors and authors have been working incredibly hard to provide the best possible course for our students, and I’m pleased to be able to launch at the summit.”
The new course will be underpinned by Ideal School’s trademark ongoing career support and 24/7 private tutor support by telephone and social media, as well as specifically written course materials tailored to the new focus on financial statements - four tutor marked assignments, and online mock exams. And, for the limited time of the summit, there is a 25% discount available.
