LRC Become Preferred Supplier To British Veterinary Association PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 09 August 2016
Leading debt recovery legal practice, Legal Recoveries and Collections Ltd  (LRC), who are based in Nottingham, are delighted to announce they have entered into an exclusive partnership with the British Veterinary Association (BVA), the largest national representative body for the veterinary profession in the UK, to offer preferential rates on debt recovery services to its 15,000 members.

LRC were one of the first specialist debt collection agencies in the UK to be granted a licence by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) allowing it to operate as a legal firm under their Alternative Business Structure (ABS) status last October which enables it to conduct litigation (court action) in its own name, without partnering a third party law firm.

LRC offer a wide range of services from pre-legal collections through to litigation and post judgment enforcement.

The company’s Managing Director Andrew Newsome, a fellow of the Chartered Institite of Legal Executives said “This is a significant achievement for LRC as we already provide debt recovery services to the Royal Veterinary College, and we very much look forward to our new relationship with the BVA and its members and our further growth in the animal healthcare sector”
