Students recognised for success in CSA compliance Diploma PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 25 July 2016
The first tranche of students from within the debt collection and debt purchase industries have been recognised for attaining the Credit Services Association (CSA) Level 5 Diploma in Compliance Risk Management.

Susan Bain, Natalie Bunyer, Christine Wigham, Bee Ahmed, Daniel Spenceley, David Brookes and Selima Norton, were presented with their certificates by the Chief Executive of the CSA, Peter Wallwork, and CSA Board Director David Sheridan at a graduation ceremony in July. Steve Vallis, Steve Perring and Paula Huddart also completed the course but were unavailable to pick up their certificates on the day.

Fiona Macaskill, CSA Head of Learning & Development congratulated the students on their success: “This is a significant achievement earned through hard work, determination and commitment whilst also performing their day jobs. It demonstrates their dedication and ours to increasing levels of professionalism within our industry.”

In receiving her Diploma, Selima Norton added: “I’d recommend this course to individuals who wish to commit to a qualification that has plenty of content and also plenty of rewards.”
