|Manchester Employee Awarded Gold at Mystery Shopping Awards 2016|

Manchester employee Jackie Williams has been awarded a Gold accolade for “Outstanding Customer Service” - alongside other staff members in the local area - in the Mystery Shopping Awards 2016. Ms Williams, who has been a valued employee of the Pawnbrokers Suttons and Robertsons in Manchester city centre since 2012, received “Gold” following an outstanding customer experience report by a mystery shopper, who rated the experience at a staggering 96.77%.
The Awards were sponsored by the Heart of Manchester Business Improvement District, which earlier this year launched a new Mystery Shopping campaign that saw retailers in the city centre evaluated for the quality of their customer service.
StoreCheckers, the UK’s leading independent Mystery Shopping company, undertook the evaluation after a series of unannounced visits to shops in Manchester’s central retail district earlier this year. The evaluation involved over 380 retailers, in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Manchester stores, in order to showcase leading retailers and highlight where improvements can be made for shoppers in Manchester city centre.
Ms Williams said: “I am so delighted to have received a Gold accolade – I never expected this.
“The thing I enjoy most about working at Suttons and Robertsons is seeing all the different jewellery come in, and matching each unique piece with a new owner. I’m pleased that my help on this occasion led to such a great shopping experience for the customer – even if they weren’t a real customer!”
