|ABC-Amega Achieves an Additional Commercial Collection Industry Certification|
|Monday, 18 July 2016|
Buffalo, NY – ABC-Amega is excited to further enhance their commitment to upholding the highest commercial collection agency standards with their certification to the Commercial Collection Agencies of America.
Certification from the Commercial Collection Agencies of America (CCA of A) identifies elite firms in the collection industry. To receive and maintain certification, agencies must satisfy rigorous requirements, which include adherence to a strict code of ethics, financial and process procedure reviews, maintaining proper bond coverage, and fulfilling continuing education requirements.
The certification requirements process and the resulting Certificate of Accreditation and Compliance of Commercial Collection Agencies of America have been recognized as superior in the industry. The certification program serves as the prototype and standard for third party commercial agency membership within the Credit Research Foundation (CRF). Also, the program has been accepted by the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) and member agencies of the CCA of A regularly interface with both CRF and NACM members.
“This is a great achievement for our company, as we have successfully proven that our agency is at the top of our industry,” said Paul Catalano, President & COO, ABC-Amega. “This certification, along with our certifications from the IACC and CLLA, enhance our position in the global marketplace,” added Catalano.
