Think, Inspire & Create becomes CICM’s latest corporate partner PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 07 July 2016
Oxford-based business management start-up Think, Inspire & Create is the latest company to enter a corporate partnership with the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), Europe’s largest credit professional body.

Hayley Monks, Founder and Managing Partner, says Think, Inspire & Create encourages improved human engagement and communication skills: “We wanted to find a different way to share and market our offering in a more interactive and collaborative way and were keen to partner with a professional body,” she says. “Having been a member of the CICM for over 20 years it was a natural choice.

“The partnership gives us an enhanced opportunity to network with a variety of likeminded credit professionals,” Hayley continues, “and we look forward to helping support members in the future with a fresh approach to business thinking.

Think, Inspire and Create consults on a range of services including the credit management function and collections strategy within a business. It also delivers operational design, process and change management, system design and deployment, and performance enhancement to help companies achieve their individual visions. It works primarily within the energy and water sectors.

In addition to offering its business services and support to members, Think, Inspire & Create will be hosting a webinar in the Autumn that will focus on successful customer conversations, helping to explain the importance of terminology and effective communication when dealing with customers. CICM members will be invited to attend.

Philip King, Chief Executive of the CICM, says corporate partnerships appeal to all sizes of businesses: “Our range of corporate partners now embraces a diverse constituency of businesses within the credit management sector that can support our members to prosper and grow.”
