|arvato Financial Solutions makes two high-level appointments|

arvato Financial Solutions has made two board-level appointments as it targets growth in the UK and Ireland.
Paul Conacher has joined the leading credit management specialist as chief financial officer (CFO), and Jamie Dunnett has been appointed to the role of commercial director.
An experienced finance and technical accounting professional, in his role as CFO Paul is directly responsible for the group’s finance functions, with the aim to develop more streamlined processes in finance and procurement.
Before joining arvato Paul spent three years with a private equity-backed engineering business and prior to that 13 years working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising listed companies and privately-owned businesses both in the UK and Australia at an international level.
Jamie will focus on developing the company’s commercial strategy and outsourcing offering in the UK and Ireland. He joins from global professional services firm, Accenture, having spent five years in a management consulting role, working on numerous strategy, delivery and commercial programmes, and Scottish Power where he held a number of commercial and customer service leadership roles.
Paul and Jamie will work together to align the company’s financial and commercial support functions and develop competitive pricing strategies for new and prospective clients.
