Yorkshire business mentor to deliver business growth with national bank PDF Print E-mail

A leading growth and strategy expert from Yorkshire has agreed to deliver a series of tailored masterclasses to a major International bank.

Having delivered successful keynotes at NatWest business customer events, Gary King, founder of strategy and business growth company Tendo has been commissioned to deliver a number of sales masterclass with teams of senior account managers in the business banking team.

Continuing from the success of the previous speaking event, Gary will also be speaking at NatWest events on Wednesday 29 June in Hull and at Whitehall Quay’s base in Leeds on 13th July, alongside NatWest Managing Director of Business Banking, Marcelino Castrillo.

Marcelino, who joined the NatWest Group last August, has ambitious plans to position NatWest as the best bank for customer service, trust and advocacy by 2020. Having well trained, high calibre account managers who can help deliver this strategy is fundamental.

Tony Wales, Head of business banking for Leeds and Wakefield, one of the teams that will benefit from Gary’s sales strategy and delivery training says: “It’s not just Gary delivering topics through the events, it’s how he deliver’s them in such an engaging fashion.
