David Sheridan joins ARC (Europe) Limited PDF Print E-mail

ARC (Europe) Limited is delighted to confirm the appointment of David Sheridan with immediate effect to the board of ARC (Europe) Limited as Operations Director tasked with leading the organisations complete range of operational activities and outcomes for all stakeholders. 

ARC is a well-established and highly regarded Consumer Debt Management business that prides itself in providing its clients with tailored professional solutions that exceed their expectations.

David comes to the business with over 20 years’ experience within Financial Services, where mostly recently, David was the Servicing Director for PRA’s UK Business, where he completed the integration of the Aktiv and PRA Operations within the UK. Prior to this role, David led the Aktiv Kapital Debt Purchase business in the UK, helping it navigate the financial crisis and leading the business to record commercial outcomes whilst embedding a truly customer centric culture within the business. David also undertook a number of senior Credit Operations Roles within Equifax, Lloyds Banking Group and Citibank.

David is also a current Board member of the Credit Services Association, the National Trade Association in the UK for businesses specialising in debt recovery, debt purchase, tracing and related services.

David holds a Diploma in Organisational Leadership from the Saïd Business School, Oxford University.

As ARC looks to its next stage of growth, David will play a key role in shaping the business strategies and operational execution in response to these plans.
