Marston wins vulnerability strategy award PDF Print E-mail

Marston Holdings (Marston) has won the Best Vulnerable Customer Strategy Award at the 2016 Credit Today Awards.

Marston received the award for a range of ground-breaking vulnerability initiatives established throughout its business, in support of customers that are potentially in need.

In respect of the Best Vulnerable Customer Strategy Award, the judges said: “Marston’s independent ethical audit stood out. They have embraced the vulnerability agenda, and shown demonstrable engagement with third parties. Its vulnerability strategy clearly works well.”
