Phillips & Cohen Associates receives FCA Authorisation PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 04 April 2016
Phillips & Cohen Associates (UK), Ltd, the UK arm of the globe’s leading deceased account management business, received full authorisation for its various activities from the Financial Conduct Authority on Thursday 24th March 2016.

The authorisation followed an on-site visit on 8th March which allowed the FCA to better understand & evidence first hand some of Phillips & Cohen Associates’ unique systems and controls, and the manner in which the leadership has been able to build a truly customer-focused culture.

Managing Director International, Nick Cherry, commented, “We are delighted to have received FCA authorisation as we celebrate our 10th year anniversary in the UK and as we continue to mature as a business. The authorisation process and the new disciplines and structures which this has seen us incorporate into our business, is something which has been of genuine and tangible benefit to the group and we look forward to continuing this process.”

Adam Cohen, Co-Chairman and CEO at Phillips & Cohen Associates added. “As a global group, we are committed to delivering strong compliance and ethical standards in each of our markets and receiving FCA authorisation was expected, but was taken very seriously, and represents an important milestone for our UK business.”
