Phillips & Cohen Associates wins Responsible Approach to Consumers Award at the CICM Awards 2016 PDF Print E-mail

Phillips & Cohen Associates (UK), Ltd, the UK arm of the globe’s leading deceased account management business, was awarded the new ‘Responsible Approach to Consumers Award’ at the prestigious CICM British Credit Awards 2016 held in London on the 10th February 2016.

These awards complement the business receiving the Credit Today ‘2015 ‘Treating Customers Fairly Award’ at The Utility & Telecoms Awards in September and the ‘Conduct & Compliance Excellence Award’ at the Collections and Customer Service Awards in November 2015.
