Phillips & Cohen Associates wins Responsible Approach to Consumers Award at the CICM Awards 2016 PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 26 February 2016

Phillips & Cohen Associates (UK), Ltd, the UK arm of the globe’s leading deceased account management business, was awarded the new ‘Responsible Approach to Consumers Award’ at the prestigious CICM British Credit Awards 2016 held in London on the 10th February 2016.

These awards complement the business receiving the Credit Today ‘2015 ‘Treating Customers Fairly Award’ at The Utility & Telecoms Awards in September and the ‘Conduct & Compliance Excellence Award’ at the Collections and Customer Service Awards in November 2015.

Managing Director International, Nick Cherry, commented, “As a global provider of deceased account management solutions, treating customers fairly means treating people with compassion, dignity and respect, and is a pre-requisite for our business. Being recognised by numerous judging panels for our responsible approach to consumers is hugely gratifying as we celebrate our 10th year anniversary in the UK and as we continue to mature as a business.”

Adam Cohen, Co-Chairman and CEO at Phillips & Cohen Associates added. “Winning this award is tremendous recognition of the efforts made by our teams every day to deliver appropriate outcomes with every consumer interaction.”
