SPB Group takes over card loss reporting for Lloyds Bank PDF Print E-mail

SPB Group, European leader in insurance and affinity services for more than 100 major brands, announces it has marked their entry to the UK banking market by taking over Card Loss Reporting services for Lloyds Banking Group.


Accredited by the UK Cards Association, SPB took over provision of the Card Cancellation service for Halifax and Bank of Scotland Ultimate Reward Current Account customers in November 2015, followed by the Card Loss Assistance service for Lloyds and Bank of Scotland Added Value Accounts in February 2016.

SPB Group was established in 1965 and is Europe’s leading insurance and affinity service provider serving more than 100 major brands with 50 million policyholders. SPB offers UK banks a fresh alternative to existing providers with innovative, customer centric products and services designed for the digital age.

SPB Group’s Chairman of the Management Board, Jean-Marie Guian said “Lloyds is a very important partner for SPB, I look forward to growing this relationship and also helping other UK banks as we have in Europe for over 50 years. SPB have been active in the UK market since 1984, this will be the first significant program in the Banking sector for the UK business.
