Monday, 15 February 2016

Andrew Gregory has joined Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group as in-house Legal Counsel — a new position created by the insolvency specialist to provide corporate/SME clients and advisers with an exceptional breadth of services on a national level.

The new appointment will enable Leonard Curtis to project manage clients’ legal requirements in typically challenging situations. It also paves the way for the development of further group services, including legal support to clients and contacts in the long term

Andrew brings extensive experience in restructuring, commercial and financial litigation garnered at business law firm DWF, where he worked for 25 years in a number of roles, including Managing Partner and Head of Business Restructuring. He is also a qualified mediator.

At DWF Andrew served as lead partner on the purchase of business and assets of collapsed law firm Cobbetts in 2013. Andrew also advised on the administration of supermarket chain Kwik Save.

John Titley, Director at Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, said: “We are delighted that Andrew has joined the team. He is a legal professional with a vast amount of experience, who will contribute a new dimension to the capabilities of the Group.” Andrew Gregory, in-house Legal Counsel at Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, commented: “I have worked with the directors at Leonard Curtis for more than 20 years. This newly created role provides me with a fantastic opportunity to use my experience and expertise for the benefit of the Group’s clients and its people.”
