|Adele Whitehurst Appointed as New Head of Client Services|
|Thursday, 04 February 2016|
As part of their growth strategy to focus on and provide individual attention for each client, Court Enforcement Services have appointed Adele Whitehurst as Head of Client Services.
Adele brings 20 years’ experience in client services management roles to the company. She was previously the Senior Account Manager for one of the largest court enforcement companies.
This is a newly created position. Adele will report directly to Daron Robinson, Operations Manager, and will also work closely with fellow senior management team member, Sales Director Wayne Whitford. Her new position will concentrate on building strong client relationships and leading the client services team. Adele will be in regular contact with clients so that they are fully updated on the performance of their cases.
The company wishes to remain true to its founding service ethos and personal approach. Court Enforcement Services is now the fastest growing Civil and High Court Enforcement company in the transfer up of CCJs to High Court Enforcement and Commercial Property sectors.
“This new role and Adele’s appointment, reflects our determination to provide a high level of client service during its ongoing growth”, said Daron Robinson. “Her appointment will help ensure that we will continue to fully understand our clients’ needs and their interests remain at the heart of our company”.
Commenting on her new role, Adele said: “I am delighted to be joining Court Enforcement Services. I am excited to use my experience along with the support from the senior management in developing and expanding the client services team. What I like most is that despite their continued growth, clients are always able to have direct access to the company principals who are personally involved on a daily basis”.
Wayne Whitford, adds, “I have previously worked with Adele for the best part of 10 years and welcome the opportunity to work together again. She will undoubtedly be an asset to not only our firm but most importantly to our clients also”.
The company believes that with acquisitions by the larger organisations, it reduces choice within the industry for the client. It therefore provides an ideal opportunity for a smaller quality firm such as Court Enforcement Services, who can offer a personal, very responsive and tailored service. This has been the foundation of Court Enforcement Services impressive growth, which has quadrupled in size since its launch 18 months ago. Adele Whitehurst’s appointment underline’s their ongoing commitment to their clients.
