|Reorganisation of BCCA results in appointment of Lisa Holder as Deputy Chief Executive.|
|Tuesday, 26 January 2016|
Following the appointment of Jason Wassell as the Chief Executive of the BCCA, further restructuring has led to the appointment of Lisa Holder as Deputy Chief Executive and Brian Corke as Head of Membership Services.
Lisa has moved from the position of Compliance Manager, whilst Brian was formerly operating as the Marketing & Events co-ordinator. This comes after a restructuring of the organisation.
Jason Wassell said, "These changes better reflect the roles that both Lisa and Brian have been playing over the last few months. I am delighted that they have agreed to take on these newly created roles.
“Whilst compliance advice has always been an important part of the BCCA offer, we are adapting to the needs of our members who are seeking a blend of advocacy and advice. As a team we are focussed on playing that important role in bringing back advice and insights from our discussions with various regulators. Just as important we are taking the members’ views, identifying areas of concern, and campaigning on those issues.
“On the membership side, we are placing more emphasis on our communication, ensuring that we are sharing information between our members as well as reaching out to a range of new contacts.
“This is also recognition of the contribution that Brian and Lisa have made to the success of the BCCA. Both of them have played important roles in the development of the trade association. In these new posts they will play their part in taking us forward."
