Luna Finance Settting Its Sights On New Business PDF Print E-mail

Asset finance specialist Luna Finance has announced a new senior appointment with the target of growing the business by a further 50% in 2016.

The new business development manager will be responsible for attracting new clients and building relationships with the existing client base.

Simon Wilson will be bringing 18 years’ experience of the commercial vehicle and trailer marketplace to the fore as he serves Luna Finance’s north eastern region.

Based at Luna Finance’s Wakefield office in West Yorkshire, Simon’s vast experience was most recently gained working for a successful asset finance lending company.

Charlotte Obahiagbon, business development director at Luna Finance said: “We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming Simon to the team. He is vastly experienced and will help strengthen the service we provide to clients, whilst helping us grow our business.

I am confident our new business development manager’s strong grounding in the financial sector will aid our client’s quest to build better businesses. Simon has all the attributes needed to identify and deliver tailored financial packages to our clients.”

By offering a leasing option alongside cash purchases, Luna Finance presents businesses with the opportunity to spread their payments and maintain cash flow. Leasing and financing also presents businesses with the chance to obtain the latest equipment without the budgetary constraints of having to meet the full cost up front.

Luna Finance has seven staff members, with a broad range of expertise in many sectors, in particular construction and commercial vehicles, working alongside manufacturers, resellers and distributors to provide products such as finance leases and business loans to aid their sales. The team is also experienced in assisting new starts and small and medium sized companies who may have struggled to obtain finance from the high street banks, providing them with flexible funding options tailored to each individual business.
