Hope Capital increases maximum to loan size to £5m PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 24 November 2015

Bridging lender Hope Capital has increased its maximum loan size to £5million with the discretion and ability to increase this still further for the right deal.  Previously its maximum loan size was £1.5m.

Hope Capital has expanded rapidly over the past four years and has made a number of criteria changes, making their lending more favourable to borrowers. This is expected to be of particular interest to developers across the UK.

Jonathan Sealey, chief executive officer of Hope Capital says, “We are expanding rapidly having more than doubled our lending so far this year. As we expand we are receiving more calls for us to lend larger amounts. We have the funds to do this so it makes perfect sense. This will be of particular benefit to our development borrowers from London and other key cities, who want to undertake larger refurbishment projects.”
