|All in Property launches risk management business|
|Tuesday, 24 November 2015|
Leading property management company All in Property has launched a new risk management, health and safety and compliance consultancy.
Led by Amanda Luby, All in Consultancy will provide expert advice on a range of issues relating to health and safety and compliance.
John Boardman, managing director of All in Property, says the creation of the new company is in response to clients’ needs, to enable them to keep up to date with regulations.
John said: “Many of our clients working in the financial, legal and property management sectors report difficulties relating to ensuring compliance in industries in which health and safety regulations are frequently changing and justifiably stringent. For example, the recent CDM 2015 has created several areas of confusion and numerous questions.
“Because of our industry background and expertise, we are perfectly positioned to provide our clients with the advice required to ensure they are meeting and exceeding necessary regulations.
“Amanda’s expertise in this field is second to none; she has shaped All in Property’s continual commitment to quality, helping us to achieve all three coveted ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 accreditations, making us the first company in this sector to do so.
“All in Consultancy is the perfect outlet for her to put her expertise and knowledge to full use for the benefit of our clients.”
Amanda, who is NEBOSH qualified, and recently completed a Masters in Safety and Risk Management, joined the All In group in 2007 as an aftercare consultant, progressing to operations manager. She also holds chartered membership of IOSH.
She is responsible for implementing all policies and procedures and maintaining regulatory licenses, ensuring clients receive a professional service with complete transparency.
All in Property specialises in handling property stock, working in partnership with lenders, receivers, asset managers and insolvency practitioners.
The company was founded by John Boardman in 1997, who established the All in Maintenance division a decade later.
