|Credica enters into Corporate Partnership with the CICM|
|Monday, 16 November 2015|
The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) has signed an agreement with Credica, the multi-national dispute management and collections software specialist, to become a new corporate partner.
With over 15-years’ experience implementing collection systems, Credica, which is based in the UK, serves clients throughout the UK and Europe. It says it is consistently looking to establish partner relationships to open up further territories, whilst developing its existing network.
Howard Wilsher, Product Director at Credica, says this was a primary reason why the corporate partnership with the CICM proved so attractive: “We are looking forward to potential collaboration with the CICM’s members, and introducing them to our excellent services,” he says. “There will be mutual benefits as we further establish our brand as a trusted and significant player, while enhancing the processes of the CICM’s members.”
Howard says that a firm using Credica will enjoy multiple benefits: “Our intelligent automated processes allow credit control teams to focus on areas that require a personal touch, increasing their efficiency,” he says. “Allowing an increased visibility to risk, our software enables teams to quickly reduce their bad debt and increase cashflow.”
Philip King, Chief Executive of the CICM, says Credica has joined an increasing number of specialist providers wanting to partner with the CICM: “We always want to help our members find software and technologies that enable them to implement best-practice credit control techniques.”
