New mobile platform designed to improve customer interaction for credit providers PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 16 November 2015

RISE (Rich, interactive, secure, e-messaging) is a  new customer interaction platform  which has been developed by arvato Financial Solutions (aFS) to help credit providers engage with customers.

With reports in the news around ‘problem’ credit card debt on the rise, RISE has been designed to help augment and enhance traditional customer contact operations. The platform can be used to improve delivery of customer satisfaction surveys, collect payments and deliver secure PDF documentation such as bills or statements.

RISE works by delivering a personalised message which includes a PURL (personalised URL). This routes the customer to a secure web session with no app download or login process required. It also recognises the customer, allowing the delivery of personalised content. This content can include video or images and can feature RISE branding or be white labelled under the client’s brand to ensure consistency of customer experience. RISE messages are primarily delivered via SMS however the platform also has the capability to deliver communications via email or QR code.

RISE can be used to reduce customer engagement costs and increase overall productivity levels by reducing the volume of inbound customer enquiries.

Additionally, the platform offers a tailored reporting system which provides critical information such as notification views, page visits and payment conversions. This information can then be used as a basis for banks to formulate individual customer contact plans in the future

John Storrie, Head of Business Services and Demand, arvato Financial Solution, says “With 76 percent of UK adults now owning a smartphone*, communication via mobile devices is increasingly recognised as the most convenient and effective method of providing customer service. With this in mind, RISE has been designed for credit providers looking to communicate to customers via mobile devices in a timely, efficient and helpful fashion.”
