CRS appoint Rob Franklin as Director of Collections PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 09 November 2015

CRS are pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Franklin who takes on the role of Director of Collections at CRS.  With over 20 years of collections experience and widely regarded by his peers, there is little that Rob does not know about debt collection.

‘I’m looking forward to getting my teeth into the role and doing justice to a business that provides strong support of our clients and ensuring that our procedures and practices support our full FCA Authorisation. It’s all about an uncompromising and positive journey for customers and a compliant process for our clients,’ says Rob.

He went on to say, ‘Of particular interest will be working with our clients and how, through our Compass solution, we can help manage their customers in financial difficulties more effectively. Customers working with a debt management company require a fundamentally different processes and procedures which are labour intensive for our clients. CRS Compass can take all those time pressures and operating costs away and importantly, customers like it too.’

Rob’s appointment comes at a time of significant growth and investment at CRS and we are proud to announce his arrival.
