Just Mortgages launches new homes division PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 04 November 2015

Just Mortgages, one of the largest brokerages in the UK, today launches a specialist new homes division.  The Just Mortgages New Homes Division will cover the whole of England and Wales, launching with ten specialist new homes mortgage advisers, although it intends to double this number within a year.

It will be led by Just Mortgages’ business development director, Paul Wilson. Paul will report into national operations director John Phillips and will be supported by divisional sales manager Peter Carter.

The New Homes Division has will deal with everything from ten unit developments upwards. Just Mortgages has always given advice on new home mortgages but the demand for Just Mortgages’ advice has been such that it now needs a dedicated division to offer specialist advice to everyone who needs it. In fact its biggest scheme to date has been a 200 unit development, completed just before the establishment of the new division.

Paul Wilson and Peter Carter will be enhancing current relationships with both national and local house builders and also creating new relationships. Where required, the Just Mortgages advisers will even work from the house builders’ site office, providing specialist new homes mortgage advice for every person visiting the new properties as they require it.

John Phillips, national operations director at Just Mortgages says, “Just Mortgages has become well known amongst house builders for providing specialist mortgage advice for new build properties. Demand from house builders for this specialist service has increased to such an extent that it makes perfect sense to launch a new homes division.

“There is forecast to be 74million people in the UK by 2020 and it will be essential to increase the number of new homes to accommodate this volume of people, therefore the demand for mortgages for new homes will only increase as the level of house building goes up.

“As a result we launch with ten advisers covering the whole of England and Wales but we expect this to increase rapidly as we provide a more wide-ranging and comprehensive service to both local and national house builders and their customers.”
