Ardent Secures FCA Authorisation As Investment In New Technology Continues PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 19 October 2015
Ardent Credit Services has been granted full authorisation by the Financial Conduct Authority – and the move is ‘perfect timing’ says the firm’s managing director, Steve Murray, as it embarks on a series of major investments in new technology.

The Liverpool-based business, which provides debt collection and early arrears support to a range of blue chip clients is currently investing heavily in the latest speech analytics and debt collection software to boost its performance further.

“Securing approval is a real team effort and credit is due to everyone in the business for this success. We all know the market is changing constantly and by matching approval with further investment in technology we’ll be able to stay on top of our game,” said Sue Leach, Collections Director.

“Our team are dedicated to treating our clients’ customers with respect and fairness and I’m exceptionally proud that authorisation was granted within four weeks of being assigned our FCA case officer. We see this as an endorsement of the quality and compliance framework that underpins our approach to collections.”

“Ardent is also now authorised to purchase debts so this is an additional service we can offer to our clients.”
