Wednesday, 07 October 2015

TDX Group, the UK’s leading provider of debt recovery solutions, has further strengthened its management team with the introduction of two new recruits to its executive leadership team. Michael Stanley joined the organisation in April as Marketing Director and Jennifer Lawrence joined the company on 1 October as Human Resources Director; together they will strengthen the company’s focus on clients, their customers and colleagues.

Laurence Hamilton, Managing Director at TDX Group, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Jennifer and Michael to the TDX Group management team. They each bring with them a wealth of experience, coupled with a breadth of knowledge from different industry sectors.

“This is an exciting new phase for the TDX Group, now that we’re part of Equifax and are bringing together the best technology, unique data insight, as well as our proven practitioner expertise.

“Our focus continues to be on our clients and our people, which is why I’m pleased to be able to announce these two pivotal roles to support delivery of our ambitions for 2016 and beyond.”

Michael Stanley, Marketing Director at TDX Group, said: “I’ve been with the business for a few months now and I am delighted to be part of the team. I’ve worked in financial services for my entire career and I’ve watched TDX evolve and grow. This is a great time for the group as we continue our aim to build the business in the UK and internationally.”

Michael took up the newly created position in April and gained responsibility for the product, marketing, commercial and programme office functions within the business. Michael brings with him a wealth of experience in operations, marketing and strategy within a diverse range of financial services companies. Michael previously held senior management positions at Ageas, Barclays Bank, General Electric and First Direct.

Jennifer Lawrence, Human Resources Director at TDX Group, said: “Joining TDX Group is a fantastic opportunity for me and I’m very excited to get involved in helping to develop a business which started locally and has now grown globally. I’m passionate about working with the 360 plus colleagues in TDX Group and the thousands more within the wider Equifax business.”

Prior to joining TDX Group, Jennifer was Head of HR at Boots Opticians. She has a strong track record in HR and prior to Boots spent a number of years with Experian.

Nottingham-based, TDX Group, was founded in 2004 on the belief that the recovery of debt could be infinitely more efficient, effective and fair through the use of more data and analysis. That core belief hasn’t changed and it has grown rapidly at the centre of the debt recovery industry ever since.

Last year, TDX Group was acquired by Equifax and also went on to set up the joint venture, Indesser, with UK government, providing its departments with access to best in class private sector solutions to support their debt collection activities.

Today, TDX Group is a 360+ strong team; based in the UK, Spain and Australia, with ambitions to further develop its expertise and international presence across Europe, the USA and Latin America over the coming years.
