JK Asset Finance chooses Virtual Landline for a local number that diverts calls straight to mobile PDF Print E-mail

JK Asset Finance, an independent finance brokerage company based in Bury, Lancashire, has deployed the services of Virtual Landline, a specialist cloud-based UK telephone number provider, to give the business a local landline number from which calls can be conveniently diverted straight to a mobile number.

Virtual Landline provides its user with a cloud-based telephone number with flexible call diversion, which according to Andrew Broxton, Director, JK Asset Finance, was the main driver for choosing the service. “Originally I was using my mobile as the main point of contact however this didn’t look as professional as having a landline number. By using a Virtual Landline and having a local number on my business card it makes the company look more trustworthy to current and new clients, something that is an important factor in the finance sector.”
With over 50% of respondents in Virtual Landline’s most recent survey expressing that they would call a landline number first compared to just 6% of those surveyed claiming they would call a mobile number first, it is clear that businesses with a landline number have an advantage over those who rely on a mobile-only communications model. Furthermore, when it came to choosing a provider for the virtual phone number, Broxton states that Virtual Landline was the most cost effective option. “I chose Virtual Landline based on it being much cheaper than some of the other options available to us, without the standard of features offered being compromised,” explains Broxton. “We looked in to getting a standard line but this would have cost us around £300 a month compared to £6.95 for the virtual landline so it was an easy decision to make.”
Broxton concludes: “Virtual Landline is very straightforward and simple which suits my needs perfectly. I haven’t had any problems with the service and I’ve been very impressed with the small details such as the monthly invoices and voicemails coming through as MP3 files to my email. I would definitely recommend Virtual Landline to other businesses.”
