Tuesday, 18 August 2015

Commercial debt recovery law firm, Lovetts, has further bolstered its Litigation team with the appointment of dispute resolution Solicitor, Samantha Simpson.  Samantha joins Lovetts as one of a growing team of Solicitors at the law firm, supporting clients in recovering bad debts. She will report to Cassandra McCarthy, commercial litigation manager.

As part of its comprehensive range of debt recovery services to businesses of all sizes, Lovetts offers unlimited legal advice on disputed debts, ensuring ease of access to a Solicitor at the early advice stage, without the worry of a clock ticking and fees increasing.

Samantha joins Lovetts qualified team having spent seven years at Barlow Robbins Solicitors where she managed her own caseload and honed her skills in dispute resolution. She also brings sound experience in antecedent transactions, contractual disputes and formulating internal debt recovery procedures.

Michael Higgins, managing director said: “As businesses are becoming more aware of their rights under late payment legislation, demand for our services is growing. We are therefore delighted to bring Samantha on board to further strengthen our team, offering vital advice to businesses to help recover money owed to them.  Samantha has a strong track record in reaching agreements on disputed debts and a focus on delivering high levels of customer service, reflecting our own ethos at Lovetts.
